I’m from Chicago’s Southside. Growing up I was lucky to live in a city rich in culture, art, and food. My first introduction to the creative community in Chicago came through photography. In high school I started attending Instagram meet ups and through those I was exposed to the advertising and local entertainment industry. Getting involved in the local scene is what eventually led me to intern in an advertising agency. My favorite things to do when I’m back home is checkout all the events thrown by local galleries, small businesses, and bigger ones like Havas, Apple, and The House of Vans.
